Everything you need to know about ChiroMedia — from setup to scaling.
GETTING STARTED
An Amazon Fire TV Stick (available at any major retailer for under $50), a TV with an HDMI port, and a working Wi-Fi connection. That's it. No special hardware, no IT department, no complicated installation.
Most practices are up and running in under 15 minutes. Plug in the Fire TV Stick, download the ChiroMedia app, authenticate your device through your dashboard, and select your content. Your first playlist starts playing right away.
Not at all. If a teenager can figure it out — and they can — you can too. The dashboard is designed for practice owners, not IT professionals. If you can use a TV remote and a web browser, you're qualified.
TECHNICAL SUPPORT
You do need a working Wi-Fi connection in your clinic — ChiroMedia uses it to sync and download content to your Fire TV Stick, typically overnight once per day. The good news: it doesn't bog down your office bandwidth during regular hours. And if your internet goes down during the day, your content keeps playing from the Fire TV Stick's local memory without interruption. Think of it as download overnight, play all day — no matter what.
Content updates download automatically in the background — typically overnight. You don't have to do anything. When new content is added to your subscribed channels or your playlists are updated, it syncs to your Fire TV Stick automatically so it's ready the next morning.
Absolutely. Each TV requires its own Fire TV Stick and subscription. The benefit? Every screen can display different content — different rooms, different demographics, different times of day — all managed from your single dashboard. Some practices ask about using an HDMI splitter to run the same content across multiple TVs from one device. That's technically possible, but it requires a wired installation we don't support or provide guidance for. Our recommendation: multiple devices, no wires, full flexibility. The volume pricing makes it more affordable the more screens you add.
ChiroMedia supports MP4 and MOV video files, as well as JPEG and PNG static images. All content should be formatted in 16:9 landscape orientation — the standard widescreen format. If you're creating content in Canva, simply select the "Presentation (16:9)" format and your graphics will display perfectly. Content is optimized for 1080p Full HD display.
CONTENT MANAGEMENT
Yes. Upload your own videos and images directly to ChiroMedia — including any content you've already purchased or created elsewhere, whether from a practice management group, a pediatric content library, or your own graphic designer. Your existing content works alongside marketplace channels in the same playlists.
Playlists are ordered collections of content that play in sequence on your TV. You can create multiple playlists for different rooms, different patient demographics, or different purposes — and assign them to specific screens from your dashboard.
Yes. ChiroMedia's device scheduler lets you assign different playlists to different time slots on any screen. For example: after-school hours from 3–5pm tend to bring families and kids, so you can schedule family and pediatric content during that window. Noon hour may skew toward seniors, so you'd swap in age-appropriate wellness content. The scheduler lets you match your content to your patient flow — automatically, every day.
PLANS & PRICING
Plans start at $97/month for a single device. Pricing is per device, per month — and the rate drops as you add more screens. Volume discounts apply at 2–4 devices, 5–9 devices, and 10+ devices. Visit our Pricing page for the full breakdown.

"ChiroMedia transformed how we communicate with patients. It's simple, professional, and our patients actually watch it."
MIGRATION & SWITCHING
Not at all. ChiroMedia runs on a Fire TV Stick — it doesn't replace your TV or require any changes to your existing setup. Plug the stick into an available HDMI port and you're running alongside or instead of whatever you currently use.
You can upload your existing videos and images directly to ChiroMedia — including anything you've already paid for or produced. Content from practice management groups, pediatric libraries, or your own team integrates seamlessly into your playlists alongside marketplace channels.
FOR EDUCATORS
Channel Providers are content creators — educators, colleges, associations, and practitioners — who publish content channels in the ChiroMedia marketplace. Practices subscribe to channels that match their patient demographics and clinical focus.
Apply through our Content Creators page. Submit a sample of your content and a description of your channel's focus area. Once approved, you'll set up your channel profile and start publishing to thousands of chiropractic practices.
PRESENTATION TOOLS
Presenter Mode lets you take manual control of any Fire TV Stick in your practice, turning it into a guided presentation tool. Preload your presentation playlist via the device scheduler, then when you're ready — press the down button on your Fire TV remote, select Presenter Mode on screen, choose your playlist, and advance through slides at your own pace. Use it for Report of Findings, patient workshops, spinal screenings, community events, and staff training. When you're done, exit Presenter Mode and your regular scheduled content resumes automatically.
No. Presenter Mode is included in every ChiroMedia subscription at no additional cost.
